Our Coaching Team

All coaches at Sylvania Calisthenics are fully qualified with the Australian Calisthenics Federation and have Level 1 Accreditation, current first aid certificates and Working with Children Clearances. Coaches regularly attend continuing education updating sessions held by the NSW Calisthenic Association.

Sylvania Calisthenics is pleased to have the following talented coaches at the club:

Elizabeth Morton

Lizzie began as a participant at Sylvania calisthenics in 2008 and has been assisting with teams since 2018. Lizzie obtained her Level 1 coaching accreditation in 2023 and has been coaching the junior aged team since then. In 2026 Lizzie will be coaching the Tinies and Junior teams.

Mary Wallace

Mary started as a participant at Sylvania calisthenics in 2013 and has been assisting with teams since 2022. Mary is the newest member of our coaching team and obtained her Level 1 coaching accreditation in 2025! In 2026 Mary will be coaching the Sub-Junior team.

Sarah Butler

Sarah began as a calisthenics participant in 2006 and joined Sylvania calisthenics in 2020. Sarah has been assisting with teams since 2021 and obtained her Level 1 accreditation in 2023. Sarah has been coaching Intermediates since then and in 2026 will again be coaching the Intermediate team.

Kayley Butler

Kayley started calisthenics as a participant in 2008 and joined Sylvania calisthenics in 2020. Kayley obtained her Level 1 coaching accreditation in 2023 and has coached across Junior to Senior age groups since then.

Jodie Morton

Jodie began calisthenics in Canberra and has been involved with Sylvania Calisthenics since moving to Sydney in 1991. Jodie obtained her Level 1 coaching accreditation in 1995 and has experience coaching all age groups, along with involvement in coach education with the NSW Calisthenic Association.
